The Last Day of the Year - 2010

Dear Amazing -

Today is the last day of 2010.  I am so looking forward to what 2011 will bring to us and our family.  I loved how we ended the year at Nags Head and watching this beautiful sunset.  That is one of the things that I love most about you is that I just never know what beautiful things that I will see with you but I do know that I will see something beautiful everyday - YOU!

Here are my "HOPES" for this new year for us...

• I HOPE that we are more in love at the end of 2011 than we are now - and that will be difficult since I love you so much right now.
• I HOPE that we are able to welcome a healthy, happy little boy into our family come April.
• I HOPE that we are able on our 5th Anniversary to look back and say that marrying each other was the best choice we ever made in life.
• I HOPE that we are able to spend Thanksgiving with our entire family.
• I HOPE that we both acheive success at our work.
• and I HOPE that we laugh a little each day and every night fall asleep in each other arms.  

I love you and I love the "HOPE" that you give me at the beginning of each new year.  Happy New Baby!

Happy Birthday to Me!

Dear Best Present Ever -

Last night we celebrated my birthday by going to the "The Melting Pot" to have a chocolate desert in downtown DC.  I had so much fun just talking and sharing even though we both didn't feel the best.  You really are my best friend and soulmate.  I have never liked birthdays - but somehow with you I look forward to getting old and fulfilling our dream of sitting together on the porch and remembering all of our "GREATS" together.  You certainly made this night a Great for me.  Thank you for being my best present ever!
